This dress was my dream dress. The first day my sister and I went to Wendy's Bridal in Fort Wayne, Indiana to browse their dress selection, we saw this dress on one of their mannequins. We both knew immediately it was the one. A couple weeks later, I brought some of the women in my family to the shop to try on dresses for them. It brought tears to my mother and both grandmother's eyes when I came out of the dressing room wearing this one. It has the most whimsically-placed beading, rhinestones, and flower petals along the waistline, in the bustles, and down the back and train of the gown. The pleating, sweetheart neckline, and beads along the zipper line down the back of the dress exude romance. I felt like a princess wearing this gown.
